Our hearts and prayers go out to the families, faculty and staff of Antioch High School in Tennessee. The report of a shooting at the school Wednesday, Jan. 22 is heartbreaking. Our counseling team, teachers and staff are available to talk to our students who need support at this time. We continue to ask our community to support safety in our schools. If you see something, say something. Special Education is specially designed instruction to meet the unique needs of a child with a disability. All services through the Office of Special Education are provided at no cost to parents of students with disabilities.

Special Education includes:

• Instruction conducted in the classroom, in the home, in hospitals and institutions and in other settings

• Speech pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, special transportation or any other related

• Vocational education consisting of specially designed instruction
